The Saint Thomas Health Continuing Medical Education Program has as its primary purpose the improvement of patient health care at Saint Thomas West Hospital, Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital, Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital, Saint Thomas Hickman Hospital, and The Saint Thomas Hospital for Spinal Surgery - all members of Saint Thomas Health - through the education of physicians and other health professionals so as to maintain health care of the highest quality. Saint Thomas Health views medical education as a lifelong, continuous process throughout the professional career of the health care provider.

After completing an activity, please click on the Take the Evaluation/Quiz button at the bottom of the video player to submit a posttest and CME evaluation form. CME credit will be awarded following receipt of the required forms and an 80% or higher posttest pass rate.

Note:  If you previously attended an onsite conference containing the same presentation, you are unable to claim credit for completing the OnDemand version
